PROOF OF MANUFACTURING

Technology, IP and a traceable production base.

Selected certificates and patent records supplied by the Cronus / Guilin Mining Machinery organization.

02 / THE CRRM SYSTEM

High pressure grinding, arranged as a complete line.

The CRRM pendulum mill uses centrifugal grinding force, controlled air classification and negative-pressure conveying to turn prepared minerals into consistent powder.

01

Feed and preparation

Crushing, screening, elevator and feeder modules prepare material to a suitable feed size and stabilize the mill load.

02

Grinding chamber

Motor-driven shaft and grinding assembly create rolling pressure between the rollers and grinding ring, reducing the feed by compression and abrasion.

03

Classification

The classifier separates qualified powder from coarse particles. Oversize returns to the grinding zone for another pass.

04

Collection and clean air

Qualified powder is collected by cyclone and bag filter equipment while the negative-pressure circuit helps control dust in the workshop.

03 / WHY CRONUS

Built for output you can run, maintain and scale.

A grinding mill is a production asset, not a catalogue number. Cronus supports the complete decision from material test to after-sales parts.

01

Complete-line thinking

We size the mill with feeding, dust collection, conveying and electrical control in one process view.

02

Made to be serviced

Accessible wear components, clear maintenance points and original drawings simplify routine upkeep.

03

Manufacturing traceability

Own casting and machining resources support quality consistency, custom parts and project-specific modifications.

04

Engineering communication

Send us your feed data, desired fineness and output target. We return a practical configuration path.

04 / APPLICATIONS

One mill family. Many mineral powder routes.

CRRM mills are commonly used for non-flammable and non-explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 7. Final selection depends on feed properties and target powder.

CRRM VS CRGM

Choose the fineness first. Then choose the mill.

CRRM is the practical choice for conventional stone powder and higher throughput. CRGM ring roller mills are designed for ultra-fine products where 300–3000 mesh is the core requirement.

10 / FAQ

Questions buyers ask before choosing a mineral mill.

The right answer depends on the material and finished powder. These are the questions that help us make the selection precise.

Ask a project-specific question
What materials can the CRRM mill process?

It is commonly used for non-flammable, non-explosive minerals such as limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, gypsum, bentonite, kaolin, quartz, feldspar, talc and selected ores with suitable hardness and moisture.

What is the maximum feed size?

Published reference models accept feed sizes around 20–35 mm. The practical feed requirement should be confirmed with the selected model and upstream crusher.

What powder fineness can I get?

Common CRRM configurations cover approximately 80–400 mesh. If the target is consistently above 600 mesh, compare a CRGM ring roller mill or another ultra-fine route.

How do I choose between CRRM and CRGM?

Start with the target fineness and required output. CRRM generally favors throughput and conventional powder production; CRGM favors ultra-fine grades from about 300 to 3000 mesh.

Can Cronus design the complete production line?

Yes. The scope can include crusher, elevator, feeder, mill, classifier, cyclone, bag filter, conveying, electrical control and supporting structures, subject to the project brief.

Does the system control dust?

The process is arranged as a negative-pressure circuit with cyclone and bag filter collection. Final dust-control performance depends on the complete line design and local requirements.

What information should I send for a quotation?

Send the material name, feed size, hardness or lab report, moisture, desired fineness, capacity, working hours, power standard and any site or emission constraints.

Does Cronus provide original spare parts?

Yes. Cronus supplies rollers, rings, shovels, shafts, bearings, seals and other components for its own systems and compatible equipment based on drawings and dimensions.

Can you test our material before purchase?

Material testing and process verification can be discussed with the engineering team. Provide a sample, test report or representative material data to start.

How long does installation take?

Timing depends on civil work, line size, equipment scope, local labor and shipment. The project schedule is confirmed after layout, foundation and delivery details are reviewed.

Which certificates are available?

Selected Cronus / Guilin Mining Machinery products and systems are supported by ISO quality management and CE documentation. Request the certificate package for your exact quotation scope.
